Reflexology

Reflexology is a science that deals with the principle that there are reflex areas in the feet and hands that correspond to all the glands, organs and parts of the body. Reflexology is a unique method of using the thumb and fingers on these reflex areas. Reflexology includes but is not limited to:

• Relieve stress and tension
• Improve blood supply and promote the unblocking of nerve impulses
• Help nature achieve homeostasis

Nourishing Back Treatment

A gentle hydrating, cleansing and toning followed by a stimulating and exfoliating scrub. A generous Firma Derm a/Aloe moisturizing application. Includes warm wrap. A formal good bye to winter.

Ear Candling

Many cultures consider ear candling or coning a spiritual practice for clearing the mind and senses. Yeast's, allergies or just common wax build-up, removed from the ear canal regularly allows for better hearing relief from other symptoms. A hollow tube or narrow long cone made from unbleached cotton or linen dripped in paraffin and herbs is carefully placed in the ear. The spiral of the cone causes the smoke to be pulled down into the ear canal. This causes the car canal to warm up and loosen the wax and any other material.

Hand & Foot Treatment

Brown Sugar, grape seed oil and chamomile gently exfoliate dry skin and invigorate your tactile senses. A firma derm w/aloe moisturizing massage followed by a warm enveloping paraffin wrap saturates the achy joints with therapeutic deep heat.

When I think of Reiki (pronounced Ray Key) I picture a feng shui treatment for my body. This unique therapy is a long practiced form of energy work and is considered an art. This art of balancing energy will present a sense of serenity, contentment and peace of mind. If you really need to slow down ~ start with a Reiki session.

All of our add on sessions are 30 minutes in length and are $20.00 each. Enjoy!
